For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Medical Mobility processes the data of interesting people to manage and develop communications in relation to our servicies and poducts. (user contact, resolution of queries, etc.), as well as to provide the requested services and develop our activity. Some users authorize us to contact them by telephone to resolve queries. This does not authorize us to make commercial calls or send them advertising, unless they expressly give us their consent or they are our customers.

What type of data do we process?

In addition to the different ways to collect data and the processing purposes shown in advance, we inform you that the types of data that we can process in our information system are:

  • Mail address

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be preserved as long as the relationship with you is maintained, either as a client or as a interested person. As long as the removal or limitation of these is not requested; or as long as there is any provision or legal requirement for conservation. In these cases, we will keep the information blocked, without use it, as long as it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or some type of legal or contractual responsibility may arise from its treatment, which must be attended to and for which its recovery is necessary.

  • Request the limitation of the processing of your data: in some cases you will have the have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your data, in which case we inform you that we will only keep data on which you have requested limitation in the processing for the exercise or defense of claims.

Sending of communications or information

Our policy regarding sending information through telematic means (email, instant messaging, etc.), is limited to only sending communications that we consider of interest to our clients, in relation to the functions and activity of the company, or that you have consented to receive.

If you prefer not to receive these messages, we offer you the possibility to cancel and renounce the receipit of them, in accordance with the Título III, artículo 22 de la Ley 34/2002 de Servicios para la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Services for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce).

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, in order to protect your personal information and privacy, we review these measures continuously.

To protect your personal information we use a combination of physical and computer security controls as well as access controls that restrict and manage the way in which your personal information and personal data are processed and managed. Moreover we guarantee our employees can process your personal information.

Commercial transactions are carried out in a secure server under the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer).

If we obtained personal data from a minor unexpectedly, we will delate that information as soon as we discover it.

The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The User is responsable for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with such obligation.

If the User provides data belonging to a third party, the User guarantees that third parties were informed of all the aspects contained in this Privacy Policy and obtained their consent to provide us with their data for the processing purpose in question. All of this, previously to provide third party data.

If the data provide are incorrect, we can not guarantee that the information and the servcies supplied are completely adjusted to your needs.
